The blackcurrants will be ready to eat very soon
Thursday, 19 June 2008
These were some photos of our first weeks work on the Hill House garden, thus far a Rhodedendron, rose and three hydrangeas have been gently relocated. Two more hydrangeas and at least one blackcurrant bush also need to be moved.
There were some problems with midges, zillions hiding in the long grass so we got in the emergency mowing team. Midge magnet, mossie guard spray, avon killer oil and midgienet beret a la mode francois only mildly discouraged them.
